Refund policy
At Saisha’s Choice, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations and refunds.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 1 day (24 hours) of purchase, provided the product has not been shipped.
To cancel an order, email us at saishaschoice@gmail.com or WhatsApp us by clicking on the WhatsApp link on the website Home page with your order ID.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You are eligible for a return or exchange within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery only in the following cases: (i) you received a damaged or defective item and/or (ii) you received a wrong product.
To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide order details and clear photos of the issue via email or WhatsApp.
If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at saishaschoice@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID and with photos of damaged product packaging.
After due inspection and as per stock availability, we will reach out to you with options of a replacement or a refund via email on your recorded email ID. You may choose either one of the option, if both options are available.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Customised, personalised, or made-to-order products are non-refundable. Products returned without original packaging or tampered items will not be eligible for a refund, replacement or an exchange.
ORDERS WITH OFFERS (E.G., BUY X GET Y, BUY 2 @ XXX, ETC.):
If an order is placed using the Buy X Get Y offer or any other offer, the entire order must be returned if one seeks a full refund. Partial returns and refunds will not be accepted.
No exchange is possible if product is bought under Buy X Get Y offer or any other similar offer.
REFUND PROCESS
For Prepaid Orders: Once your return is approved, it will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via our payment gateway to your bank.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details during the return request process.
We’ll notify you via email/WhatsApp once the refund is initiated.
EXCHANGE POLICY
In addition to any exchange conditions mentioned above, below are our exchange policy conditions:
Please raise an exchange request within 5 days of receiving the order by sending an email to us as saishaschoice@gmail.com or by sending us the request via WhatsApp button on Home page with order ID. Based on stock availability, if there is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pick-up from your doorstep. Once we have the product picked from your doorstep with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days and will inform about the same via email or WhatsApp. Please Note: Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
If you want to exchange the product you ordered for another product of a higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing the order and pay the balance amount during your purchase.
If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of a credit points which you can utilize on you next purchase.
Once a product is returned or exchanged for another product, no further return or exchange is possible. No discount will be given on exchange orders.
What will make your refund/exchange/replacement journey smoother? Please adhere to below simple rules:
(i) When you receive our package, record a video of unboxing so if there is any problem with the product e.g., damaged product/product is missing in the box / received wrong product then you can submit it with the return/exchange request. Then it will be easy for us to assist you with your request.
(ii) Gift box will not be eligible for return / exchange. You can return/exchange the jewellery.
(iii) You can avail store credit once for one order. After that any return / exchange for the same order is not acceptable.
(iv) If an order is returned, the accompanying free gift must also be returned.
(v) For Buy 2 Get 1, a customer must return all 3 products if they wish to return one.
(vi) If a customer fails to hand over the product at the time of pickup for return or exchange, they are to self-ship the product.
(vii) If you have ordered more than two products and wish to return partial order, the refund amount will be calculated basis applicable discount on non-return products in the order.
(viii) If you claim that a product was missing, it is important to have an unboxing video. Without this, we won’t be able to take any action on the issue.
