At Saisha’s Choice, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
DELIVERY COVERAGE
Subject to applicable laws and sanctions, we currently ship across India and internationally via trusted courier partners and shipping aggregators.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation and basis stock availability. Out of stock, customised or made-to-order jewellery may take up to 10 business days to process.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
The estimated delivery time is dependent on several factors and may vary due to courier company policies, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, like natural calamities, road constructions, etc.
We will endeavour to have your order delivered within:
Metro cities: 3–5 working days
Other locations: 5–7 working days
SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer free shipping on orders above Rs.1500. Standard shipping rates may apply for smaller orders and will be shown during checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. If you do not receive tracking details within 4 days, please contact us at saishaschoice@gmail.com.
PACKAGING
All jewellery items are securely packed in protective boxes to prevent damage during transit. Fragile and high-value items are double-checked and sealed carefully.
DELAYS & NON-DELIVERY
Saisha’s Choice is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen events. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please notify us within 24 hours so we can raise a case with the courier.
