PRODUCTS & PRICING
All products listed on the website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any product.
We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.
ORDER PLACEMENT & CONFIRMATION
By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete. Orders are confirmed via email or WhatsApp once payment is received or confirmation is provided for COD orders by customer. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be processed for any payments received.
PAYMENT
We accept online payments through secure gateways, including Razorpay. Your payment details are not stored or accessed by us directly. Orders will only be processed once the payment is successfully completed or confirmation is provided by you for COD orders.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery timelines vary based on location and product availability. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days for most Indian cities. Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at checkout. Saisha's Choice is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We accept returns only in cases of: Damaged or defective products, wrong item shipped, requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. Customised or made-to-order items are not eligible for return. Cancellations are allowed only before the product is shipped. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
